§              Program/project delivery for leading edge telecommunications projects (multi-million dollar) including legacy system upgrades, content managemen platform development, premium IP network next-generation operational support, customer data & IP activation work-flow and other new products (related PMBOK, SDLC {IEEE15288 & 1220, EIA632} and Prince2)

§               Improving IT service delivery & support for businesses (ITIL / ISO2000), establishing quality systems in accordance with internationally recognized standards (ISO9001), including internal and external quality audits and vendor selection assessments; and IT governance (COBIT4).

§              Program management reviews and engineering design reviews for commercial and defence projects, including requirements (SRR), preliminary design (PDR), and detailed design (CDR) reviews in Australia and UK.

§              Change control and scope management, large scale IT software/systems release management and engineering/software configuration management, planning and introducing change/scope control procedures for  applications, configuration management for defence projects, software engineering management for mission-critical software (related EIA649, MilHDBK61, IEEE1042/730 & 828)

§              Assessments and On-site representation for major local and overseas businesses for technical & commercial issue resolution with vendors. Onsite project representation  in UK  conducting detailed/ critical  design reviews of major equipment and technical reviews of processes, documentation and deliverables.

§              Evaluation of commercial and technical products, including critical hardware and software from vendors, involving establishment of test and evaluation programs for these deliverables and assessing earned value.

§              System specification, design and development of novel & unique mission-critical data acquisition and processing systems, including detailed hardware design and software development.
